    1 lb. sharp cheddar, grated
    1 c. beer
    1 tsp. paprika
    Pinch cayenne pepper
    1 T. mustard
    Salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Mix cheddar with beer in a fondue pot or crockpot.
    Heat slowly, stirring frequently, until melted.
    Add seasoning to taste.
    Makes 2 cups.
