    List of Ingredients




    1 stick butter
    8 medium potatoes
    1 cup flour
    1 cup parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Melt butter on a cookie sheet with sides or a large pan.
    Cut raw potatoes into bite size pieces; mix together flour and cheese, add raw potatoes - mix well & put in pan with butter.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown, turning occassionally.
