    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/2 t pepper
    1 t salt
    1/2 cup onion, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 pint sour cream
    10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
    Topping:
    2 cups corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 cup butter, melted

    Recipe



    Mix hash browns, butter, pepper, salt, onion, soup and sour cream.
    Place in 9x13 pan.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Put topping on and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
