List of Ingredients
2 lbs. carrots
10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
Buttered cracker crumbsRecipe
Cut up carrots into coins and cook until tender.
Drain and add soup and Cheez Whiz.
Combine well.
Place in lightly greased, 2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with buttered cracker crumbs if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
