    1 1/2 C. flour
    3/4 C. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/4 C. water
    1/3 C. veggie oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 C. grated carrots

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl by hand.Spread batter in greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low until firm in middle, about 2 hours.
