3 cans creamed corn
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 C. saltine cracker crumbs
2/3 C. margarine
2 tsp. sugar
2/3 tsp. salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°
Melt butter and toss cracker crumbs in the melted butter. Combine corn, eggs, 1 cup saltines in butter, sugar and salt. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart oven proof dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes covered. Uncover for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and is set.
