Recipe Introduction
I just love this recipe. I serve it with Town House crackers, wheat crackers or just whatever. You can put 1 Tablespoon of the Cajun Season if you like things a little spicier. That is how much Norma puts in hers. It is still really good but I have to drink a lot more more because my taste buds like things a little more tame. :o)
List of Ingredients
2 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese (softened)
1 large can of white chicken (drained)
2 Tbs. chicken bouillion (granulated)
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 C. chopped pecans
Recipe
Mix all ingredients well, except pecans.
Shape into a ball or just shape into a loaf and flatten and leave in refrigerator overnight then roll in chopped pecans and serve.
