    List of Ingredients




    2 sheets (12"x18")Reynolds wrap heavy duty aluminum foil
    2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (for each piece)
    2/3 C. instant rice (for each piece)
    1- 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, undrained(for each piece)
    1 small green bell pepper,cubed (for each piece)
    1/2 C. sweet and sour sauce (for each piece)
    4 ice cubes (for each piece)

    Recipe



    preheat oven to 450°

    Center 1 chicken breast on each sheet of aluminum foil.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Arrange rice around chicken.
    Top with pineapple chunks with juice and some bell pepper.
    Spoon sweet and sour sauce over ingredients.
    Top with ice cubes.
    You can leave out any ingredient to suit individual tastes.
    Bring up sides of foil and double fold top and ends to seal packet leaving room for heat to circulate inside.
    Repeat to make 2 packets.

    Bake 20 to 22 minutes (I had to bake closer to 30 for the rice to get done) on a cookie sheet.
