1 pkg.baby carrots
1/3 C. butter
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 C. boiling water
Recipe
Pare carrots and place in casserole. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add water and blend well.Pour over carrots and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
