    1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
    2 C. oatmeal
    1 C. sugar
    1 C. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 C. chopped pecans (optional)
    red and green sugar sprinkles

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325 °
    Place the ingredients (except colored sugars)in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Roll into small balls,then roll the balls in the red or green sugar and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
    Makes 5 - 7 dozen.
