    List of Ingredients




    1 C, applesauce
    2 Tbs. butter,melted
    4 C. Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
    4-5 boneless pork chops
    1/2 C. water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400°

    Mix applesauce,butter and water.
    Add stuffing mix and mix lightly.
    Spoon into 2 quart baking dish.
    Arrange chops over stuffing.
    Bake 35 minutes or until chops are no longer pink inside.
