2 to 3 lb. pork chops, thin cut
1/2 C. brown sugar
8 oz. sliced pineapple

Preheat oven to 350°
Arrange pork chops in a single
layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over pork chops. Top with pineapple slices and pour pineapple juice overtop. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Serve with whiterice.
