List of Ingredients
2/3 C.boiling water
1 pkg. Jello (4 serving size) (any flavor)
1/2 C. cold water
ice cubes
1-8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crustRecipe
Put jello in a large bowl and pour in boiling water and stir at least 2 minutes until jello dissolves.
Mix cold water and ice ro make 1 cup.
Add cold water to jello mixture and stir until ice melts.
Stir in cool whip with wire whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes then remove from fridge and scoop into pie shell.
Smooth top with back of spoon and refrigerate 4 hours or over night.
