    IMPOSSIBLE BISQUICK CUSTARD PIE

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C. sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 C. milk
    1/2 C. of Bisquick

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°
    Put all of the above ingredients in a blender except the Bisquick. Blend at low speed for about 1 minute. Add the Bisquick, blend for additional 4 minutes. Pour into a greased large pie pan, like an 11" pie pan. Bake for 45 minutes, check center with knife. If it comes out clean, it is done. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
