    A tasty easy to make pecan pie.

    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    1/2 C. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbs, butter, melted
    1 C. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 C. pecan halves
    1 Unbaked pie shell

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°
    Whisk together first 6 ingredients until blended.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour mixture into pie crust.
    Bake on lower rack for 40 minutes or until set, covering edges with tin foil after 15 minutes.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
