1 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs.finely chopped white onion
1 C. heavy cream
1 qt. sliced potatoes cooked
1 tsp. chopped parsley



Recipe



In a large saucepan melt butter then mix in flour and salt to make a smooth paste.
Stir in the onion and cream.
Cook stirring until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add the potatoes and continue to cook until potatoes are heated through then sprinkle on the parsley.
