As I struggle to cope with living gluten-free and dairy-free (that means no lactose as well as no casein (generally abbreviated as CF), a distinction too many food manufacturers and restaurants don't get), I am playing around with some spices and foods that are safe to eat. |

There are many recipes out there for GF breads, cakes, cookies, etc., but they all use flours made out of things I need to steer clear of in their whole form: rice, corn, potato, tapioca, etc., as they are all foods that quickly jack up my blood sugar. |
