    You can use Knorr Spring Vegetable soup/dip mix for this! Also, this looks great served in a bread bowl.

    Ingredients

    1 cup fat-free sour cream
    1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    3 oz vegetable soup mix
    1/2 pound chopped frozen spinach
    1/2 cup canned water chestnuts
    1 medium carrot
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

    Recipe



    Thaw and squeze dry 1 package of frozen spinach. Chop the water chestnuts and shred the carrot. Mix all of the ingredients together and chill for an hour. Serve with veggies or rye bread.
