    8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 box cake mix (any flavor)
    1 can light pie filling (any flavor)
    1 can diet soda (Sprite, 7-Up, etc)

    Recipe



    Spray 9X12 dish with vegetable spray. Spread pineapple in bottom of dish. Layer pie filling over pineapple (do not mix). Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pie filling. Pour diet soda over cake mix, covering entire surface with soda. Bake 35-40. Cut 15 pieces=3 pts per piece.
