1 can (15 1/2 oz) butter beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
5 cups powdered sugar

Heat beans in microwave until hot (1-2 min). Place in food processor and blend until smooth or use a pastry cutter instead of a food processor. Add cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla and blend until smooth. Put in large bowl. Knead powdered sugar, one cup at a time into mixture. After adding all sugar the dough will be very stiff. If it is crumbly, add 1/2 tsp water. Press into butter sprayed 8x8 dish and chill 1 hour. Cover with waxed paper to keep from drying out. Cut into 64 squares = 1 pt per square.
