List of Ingredients
- 1 Pkg of Pillsbury dough Croissant Jumbo
- Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Shallots
- 1 tub Dill Cream Cheese
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Unfold and paste together one package of Pillsbury dough "croissant jumbo" onto a cookie sheet.Cut into square or triangles...(it spreads a bit).
- Bake Pillsbury dough about 8 minutes (until just golden) Let cool completely.
- On the side, cut veggies very very small (broccoli, cauliflower & a little bit of carrots for color). If you like other veggies add them on.
- Preferably buy the dill cream cheese and spread on each piece of Pillsbury dough.
- If you have the plain cream cheese add the dill weed spice. It’s easier to buy the ready made which tastes a little better.
- Top up with the veggies and tap them in with a spoon for them to stick to cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and serve cool.
