BEST OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (1991

List of Ingredients



• 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cup unsifted all purpose flour
  
• 1 tsp soda
  
• 1 cup margarine
  
• 1/4 cup sugar
  
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
  
• 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 3 - 31/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
  
• 1 cup chocolate chips OR raisins
  






Instructions



1. Mix together and set aside the first 2 ingredients.
   
   
2. Combine the next 4 ingredients in other bowl and beat well together.
   
   
3. Then beat in the 2 eggs.
   
   
4. Finally, blend in Quaker Oats, chocolate chips or raisins.
   
   
5. BAKE at 350 F 9-10 minutes (watch closely if you want chewy cookies, or late bake longer for crunchier ones).
   
   






Final Comments


Mouth watering cookies. The Vanilla Instant Pudding does the trick, and these don't have the usual "cinnamony" taste all Oatmeal Cookies seem to have. Delicious!
