Cake Mix Cookies

Recipe Introduction
I have made this cookie recipe over a dozen times since finding it and keep adding new ingredients to get a different batch every time. They are soooo easy to do, and quick to make too.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg (18.25 oz) YELLOW or Butter Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, dark if you have it
- 1-2 heaping TBSP Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup butterscotch chips (optional) I USE CHOCOLATE chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Other ingredients I have added in the mix are
- 1/2 pkg Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 1/3 cup oil
- Handful of coconut flakes
- Handful of Craisins
Instructions
- Heat oven at 350 degrees F.
- Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with Pam.
- Combine cake mix, eggs. butter, brown sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl, stirring to combine well.
- If you want to add the other stuff like Jello Pudding and Oil, throw it in now too.
- Then, fold in the chippits, craisins, coconut, walnuts or craisins at this time.
- Drop by level TBSPful on prepared sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 14-15 minutes or until desired consistency is acquired.
- Cool 2 minutes on sheets on wire racks, then transfer cookies on racks to cool completely.
- Repeat with remaining dough.

Per Cookie: 110 calories, 6 g fat; 1 g protein; 14 g carbohydrate; 0 g fiber; 87 mg sodium; 17 mg cholesterol
