Studebaker's Restaurant, Sault Ste. Marie, MICH - Aug. 21, 1991

    Recipe Introduction

Tasted this dish at our favorite Michigan Restaurant. This caramelized crisp and steaming hot ball of ice cream filled a large bowl, and was surrounded with whipped cream squirts, smothered with hot fudge and topped with a couple cherries. Out of this world!

    List of Ingredients

    • Vanilla Ice Cream
    • Graham crumbs
    • Corn Flakes, crushed
    • Milk & eggs mixture

    Instructions

    1. Prepare ice cream balls and freeze on a cookie sheet until EXTRA FIRM.
    2. BUT BEFORE FREEZING: Roll balls in a mixture of Graham Cracker Crumbs & Corn Flakes.
    3. Dip in the milk 7 eggs mixture.
    4. Then roll balls in the Graham-corn Flakes mixture again.
    5. FREEZE.
