    Recipe Introduction


    Cool and light dessert. Sampled it at a Church Pot-Bless Dinner.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large tub cool Whip
    • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
    • 1 19 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
    • 1 can mandarines, drained, cut in half
    • 1 large pkg Peach Jello - NO WATER added


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together, finishing with folding in of the Cool Whip.
    2. Let sit in refrigerator 24-30 hours so Jello granules completely dissolve.


    Final Comments


    Simply Delightful!
