Recipe Introduction
Cool and light dessert. Sampled it at a Church Pot-Bless Dinner.
List of Ingredients
- 1 large tub cool Whip
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 19 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 can mandarines, drained, cut in half
- 1 large pkg Peach Jello - NO WATER added
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, finishing with folding in of the Cool Whip.
- Let sit in refrigerator 24-30 hours so Jello granules completely dissolve.
