    Caesar Salad Dressing

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Egg Yolks
    • 1 Garlic Clove
    • 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
    • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
    • Pepper to taste
    • Lemon
    • Vinegar
    • Parmesan
    • Olive Oil or other
    • Crisp Bacon bits
    • Croutons
    • Romaine Lettuce


    Instructions


    1. In a blender, mix egg yolks, garlic, mustard, salt & pepper.

    2. Then ADD 1/2 cup of oil in SLOWLY, like a drizzle.

    3. Add juice of 1/2 a lemon, OR 1 TBSP RealLemon.

    4. Add 1 TBSP Vinegar.

    5. Add 3 TBSP Parmesan.



    Final Comments


    To your Romaine lettuce, add Bacon & Croutons. Pour dressing over top, toss to coat well, and serve immediately. SUCCULENT!
