Caesar Salad Dressing

List of Ingredients
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- Pepper to taste
- Lemon
- Vinegar
- Parmesan
- Olive Oil or other
- Crisp Bacon bits
- Croutons
- Romaine Lettuce
Instructions
- In a blender, mix egg yolks, garlic, mustard, salt & pepper.
- Then ADD 1/2 cup of oil in SLOWLY, like a drizzle.
- Add juice of 1/2 a lemon, OR 1 TBSP RealLemon.
- Add 1 TBSP Vinegar.
- Add 3 TBSP Parmesan.
Final Comments
To your Romaine lettuce, add Bacon & Croutons. Pour dressing over top, toss to coat well, and serve immediately. SUCCULENT!
