    Recipe Introduction


    This Dressing reminds me of certain restaurant's sweet & creamy slaws.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Hellman's Mayonaise
    • 4 TBSP Lemon Juice
    • 2 TBSP Water
    • 1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
    • 1 Tsp. Sugar
    • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
    • 1 Head Cabbage
    • 1 Cup Chopped Celery
    • 1/2 cup Green Pepper chopped
    • 1/4 cup Red Pepper chopped
    • 1 Apple, chopped and dipped in Lemon Juice to preserve the white color.


    Instructions


    1. Combine all Dressing ingredients. Let settle a couple hours before using.
    2. Add to shredded cabbage with celery, peppers and apples.
    3. Toss to distribute dressing evenly, and enjoy.
