Recipe Introduction
This salad is as tasty as Sudbury's famous Pat & Mario's Greek Salad. Absolutely THE best of all Greek Salads I've ever tasted.
List of Ingredients
- 3 Large Tomatoes, cubed
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1 Purple Spanish Onion sliced in rings
- 1 Romaine Lettuce Stalk
- 1/2 can Black Olives
- 1 Feta Cheese container
- 1 Red Pepper cut in chunks
- 1 Green Pepper cut in chunks
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
- 3 TBSP. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tsp. Oregano
- 2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- Pinch Cayenne
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate Tomatoes, cucumber, onions and peppers one (1) hour before adding to lettuce, then add to a bowl of cut up Romaine lettuce.
- Toss to blend all ingredients well and serve immediately.
