BBQ Sauce for Pork & Beef

Recipe Introduction
Can be used to marinate meat chunks, or to baste meat. Makes meats tender.
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 TBSP. vinegar
- 4 TBSP. lemon juice
- 2 TBSP. brown sugar
- 1/8 Tsp. cayenne
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 3 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 TBSP. powdered mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1 TBSP celery salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan and brown the onions in it.
- Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
- Keep sauce refrigerated until ready for use to marinate meats.
