    Recipe Introduction


    Can be used to marinate meat chunks, or to baste meat. Makes meats tender.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 2 TBSP. vinegar
    • 4 TBSP. lemon juice
    • 2 TBSP. brown sugar
    • 1/8 Tsp. cayenne
    • 1 cup Ketchup
    • 3 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1/2 TBSP. powdered mustard
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 TBSP celery salt


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a saucepan and brown the onions in it.
    2. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
    3. Keep sauce refrigerated until ready for use to marinate meats.
