Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
List of Ingredients
1 (10 ounce)
package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
1 T margarine, melted
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Place in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Combine soup and cheese in a bowl. Add milk, mayonnaise, and egg, stirring until well blended. Pour over broccoli. Combine crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over soup mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
