    Cashew Orange Sugar Snap Peas

    List of Ingredients




    1 (1-lb.) pkg. Frozen Sugar Snap Peas
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired
    1/4 cup cashews

    Recipe



    Cook peas as directed on package; drain.
    Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and salt; stir until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.

    Stir orange peel and cashews into orange juice mixture. Stir into peas.

    6 (1/2-cup) servings
