Creamy Green Beans and Broiled Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 4 (about 1lb. total) medium skinless, bonless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 4 oz. tub light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) French Style Green Beans, drained
Instructions
- Rinse chicken; pat dry. Season with pepper. Place on unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 10-12 minutes or until no pink remains; turn once.
Meanwhile, cook and stir shredded carrot and onion in hot oil in medium saucepan 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in cheese and milk; cook over low heat until smooth. Add beans; heat through.
- Serve chicken with bean mixture and garnish with fine carrot curls, if desired.
