A good way to sneak some calcium in your diet.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup coffee
1 pint skim milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Brew extra strong coffee. In small pan, combine cocoa powder, sugar and extra strong coffee. Stir in milk. Stir over medium heat until hot and tiny bubbles form around edge and cocoa dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour equally into mugs. Makes 2 servings.
