1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter -- softened
1 cup Parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
salt
pepper
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream and butter to a low simmer. Remove from heat and keep warm.
Heat a large serving bowl for tossing the noodles. Pour in the cream-butter mixture, add the cooked, and drained noodles, cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently until noodles are coated. Serve.
Serves 4.
