Broiled Shrimp and Scallops

List of Ingredients
1 pound medium shrimp
1 pound scallops
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup parsley -- chopped
3 cloves garlic -- finely chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs -- dry, unseasoned
salt and pepper -- to taste
Lemon wedges
Shell and devein shrimp. Wash shrimp and scallops under running cold water. Dry well using paper towels.
In a large bowl combine olive oil, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add shrimp and scallops to mixture and toss to coat. Let stand 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Remove shrimp and scallops from marinade and gently press extra bread crumbs onto seafood. Put seafood onto 4 to 6 skewers. Broil 2 minutes and turn. Broil 2 minutes more. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4 to 6.
