Meat Loaf with Mushroom Sauce

10 3/4 ounces beef gravy -- or mushroom gravy
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup bread cubes -- small
1/3 cup minced onion
1 egg -- slightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
generous dash pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 12 x 8 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine 1/4 cup gravy with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape firmly into a loaf and place into baking pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Blend remaining gravy with 2 tablespoons drippings. Heat; stir now and then. Serve over loaf. Serves 4 to 6.
