Orange Cream Salad

20 ounces pineapple chunks in light syrup -- drained
16 ounces peach slices -- drained
11 ounces mandarin oranges -- drained
2 medium bananas -- sliced
1 medium apple -- chopped
3 3/8 ounces vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
1/3 cup orange juice, from frozen concentrate -- thawed
3/4 cup sour cream
In a large bowl, combine fruits; set aside. Min a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrarte for 2 minutes. Add to sour cream. Spoon over fruit and toss to coat. cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
