    Updated an old Betty Crocker recipe using Splenda. Can also cook this in the microwave oven. I make half a recipe and cook the sauce at 70% for 5 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Good with milk or as a thin dessert sauce.

    ° 2 cups Splenda Granular
    ° 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
    ° 1/4 teaspoon salt
    ° 2 cups water
    °1 tablespoon vanilla

    In 3-quart saucepan whisk together Splenda Granular, unsweetened cocoa and salt. Add the water and whisk well. Over medium low heat, while whisking with a heat-safe whisk, cook the chocolate mixture for 5 minutes. Add the vanilla and let cool. Pour mixture into an airtight jar or plastic container. Chill. Use within one week.

    Use to make chocolate milk or as a chocolate sauce.
