Not one of my all time fav recipes but it is good, if you like coconut.


List of Ingredients




2 Cups Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Bisquick® Baking Mix
4 Eggs
1/8 Cup Margarine
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Cup Coconut

Combine all ingredients except coconut in blender. Blend 3 minutes.

Pour in 9" pie pan, let stand 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with coconut.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
