    Bisquick Biscuit Bread

    2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    2/3 cup milk
    1 tablespoon soft margarine

    Combine Bisquick and milk in bowl. Stir until soft dough forms.

    Spread dough into a 10 x 8-inch oblong onto a greased baking sheet.

    Spread dough with 1 tablespoon soft butter.

    Bake 10 minutes and serve hot broken into pieces; or cut into squares.

    Variations:

    Cinnamon-Sugar - Add 1/4 cup raisins and 2 tablespoons sugar to Bisquick
    dough. Sprinkle dough with cinnamon-sugar before baking.

    Garlic - Sprinkle buttered dough with garlic powder before baking.

    Jam - Spread top of baked dough with 1/2 cup strawberry jam or other jam or
    jelly.
