Bisquick Orange Glace Coffee Cake

2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup milk
Topping
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons sugar
Cake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Butter pan and sprinkle sugar over pan.
Mix Bisquick, sugar, butter, milk and orange rind. Beat well. Pat into prepared pan. With a sharp knife dipped in flour, cut through dough to make 16 squares. Pour hot Topping evenly over dough Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until well browned. Cut squares and serve warm.
Topping: Melt butter in a small pan. Add 1 teaspoon orange rind, 2 tablespoons orange juice and 3 tablespoons sugar. Boil rapidly 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
