1/4 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups Bisquick® baking mix
10 ounces white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts -- optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs; stir in Bisquick. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes or until light brown. Makes about 6 1/2 dozen cookies.

Yield:
