3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.

Stir together all the ingredients in a medium bowl until blended. Pour into prepared pie plate.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Serves 6.
