2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons yeast
5 1/2 cups hot water
6 cups whole wheat flour
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Add additional flour, if needed. Knead 10 minutes. Place in 150 degree oven and let rise until loaves reach 1-inch from top. Turn oven to 350 degrees and bake until done. Makes 4 loaves of bread.
