A very TNT and beloved recipe.
List of Ingredients
1 large egg -- beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. If using a dark pan lower the temperature 25 degrees or to 375 degrees F.
Grease muffin cups or line with paper liners.
Beat egg, milk and vegetable oil until well blended.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add to vegetable oil mixture. Stir until just moistened. Fold in the blueberries. Batter should be lumpy. Do not over mix.
If using canned or frozen blueberries use 3/4 cup berries instead of 1 cup.
