    Bread Machine Oatmeal Pecan Bread

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons margarine -- softened
    3 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup pecan halves
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons dry milk
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

    Place all ingredients in automatic bread machine and set on Sweet or Basic/White Cycle. Use Medium or Light crust setting. Remove bread from machine and let cool on rack. Makes 1 loaf.
