    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 package butterscotch pudding -- cooking type not instant
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 cup nuts -- chopped
    12 frozen dinner rolls

    Recipe

Add the butter and brown sugar to a 2-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave on high, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until just blended. Stir mixture twice during cooking. Add the pudding mix and cinnamon to the measuring cup. Stir to mix.

Grease a microwave-safe round cake pan. Sprinkle nuts in the bottom of the dish. Arrange frozen dough rolls evenly over the nuts. Pour the butterscotch mixture over the rolls. Cover with food-safe plastic wrap.

Microwave at 10% for 7 to 8 minutes or until the dough is thawed and feels warm, but not hot. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes or until doubled in size. Remove plastic wrap.

Microwave at 50 to 60% 5 to 7 minutes or until dough springs back when touch lightly. Rotate the dish once, if needed. Let stand 5 minutes then invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm.

    Makes 12 rolls.
