    1 pound ground beef -- browned and drained
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    8 lasagna noodles -- uncooked, broken into thirds
    28 ounces spaghetti sauce -- jar
    1/3 cup water
    15 ounces ricotta cheese
    8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Recipe





    Spray a slow cooker container with nonstick cooking spray. You can also grease it instead, if desired.

    Combine ground beef and Italian seasoning. Arrange half of the lasagna noodles in the prepared slow cooker container. Spread half the ground beef mixture over noodles. Top with half each of remaining ingredients. Repeat layering process. Cover and cook 5 hours on low. Serves 10.
