    Fix It and Forget It

    List of Ingredients





    8 pork chops -- divided
    1 large sliced onion -- divided
    1 cup barbecue sauce
    1/3 cup honey

    Recipe





    Place one layer of pork chops in slow cooker.

    Arrange a proportionate amount of sliced onions over top.

    Mix barbecue sauce and honey together in small bowl. Spoon proportionate amount of sauce over chops.

    Repeat the layers.

    Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours.

    If the sauce barely covers the chops, flip them over at this point. If they are well covered, simply allow them to cook another 3 to 4 hours on low or until the chops are tender. They should not be dry. Serves 8.
