Cake Mix Lemon Pound Cake

CAKE
1 package cake mix, lemon flavored
3 ⅜ ounces instant pudding mix, lemon flavored
4 large eggs
1 cup water
â…“ cup vegetable oil, quartered
GLAZE
½ cup frosting, canned


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. If using a dark pan, reduce temperature to
325 degrees F.

Grease and flour tube pan.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Beat at
medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan. Bake 50
to 60 minutes, or until cake tests done.

Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto heat resistant serving plate. Cool
completely.

Glaze: Heat frosting until thin in small saucepan or in microwave oven at
100 percent power. Drizzle over cake.
